Take That's record-busting ticket sales a few weeks ago hit the press when tickets to the Progress Live 2011 Tour sold out in less than a day. Whilst thousands of you did get tickets, there were many of you who weren't so lucky, but we're hoping to change this with four additional dates!
New dates added to the UK leg are:
Friday 27 May: Sunderland Stadium Of Light
Saturday 28 May: Sunderland Stadium Of Light
Sunday 12 June: City Of Manchester Stadium
Monday 4 July: Wembley Stadium
Important information about Sunday 3rd July show at Wembley
In order to accommodate an extra date at Wembley, it has been necessary to reschedulethe show that was planned to take place on Sunday 3rd July to Thursday 30th June. The promoters apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to you, but tickets remain valid for customers who have already bought them for Sunday 3rd July. Anyone who cannot make the rescheduled date is eligible for a full refund from their point of purchase.
Take That said: “We are really sorry to have to move the dates in London but we’d heard that there was a lot of disappointment from those not being able get tickets and this was the only way that we could fit in another show. We hope everyone understands and look forward to seeing you all next year.”

RADIOHEAD FANS: THOM YORKE NEEDS YOU ... TO FORM A HUMAN SCULPTURE OF KING CANUTE
Singer seeks 2,000 people to help build a living statue of the 11th-century monarch to raise awareness of climate change.
Thom Yorke wants your help to recreate an 11th-century Viking monarch. The Radiohead frontman is recruiting 2,000 people to join him in Brighton this weekend, where he hopes to construct a "human sculpture" of King Canute. The gargantuan art installation is part of an awareness campaign by climate-change organisation 350.org.
"11am ... [is] a civilised hour errr right?" Yorke wrote on the Radiohead blog. The plan is for black-clad volunteers to descend on Brighton this Saturday, working together to send a message to the world's environment ministers, meeting in Mexico. "The plan is to make images visible from the skies," Yorke explained, "to remind those in Cancun that we are running out of time. We can't keep putting this off."
The planned Brighton installation is one of several events organised by 350.org, including a giant scarab beetle to be built in Cairo and a polar bear in Reykjavik. Yorke's Canute, designed with artist (and Radiohead album-cover designer) Stanley Donwood, is both an odd and obvious choice. Even if a bearded Viking monarch is not a typical environmental icon, Canute's legend makes him a perfect metaphor for the climate-change battle. Also known as Cnut the Great, the one-time Danish king of England, Denmark and Norway is famous for putting his throne on the seashore and commanding the tide to turn back. But the waves couldn't be reasoned with.
If you'd like to join Yorke for this living artwork, you can register on the event's website. And bring warm clothes. Organisers have learned Canute's lesson: the event is going ahead come rain or shine.

Don't fall prey to online ticket scams...
by Lottie Noonan
Here at Premier Events we have had many calls from disgruntled customers who have purchased tickets from other websites only to be let down. Please be careful when purchasing tickets on the secondary market from online vendors, there are so many 'scam' websites out there. And it seems that it is all too often that we are hearing from customers that have been let down, and nine times out of ten no refund is given.
Investigate the company before purchasing, if a company has only been established for a short period, this is usually bad sign. Many companies are set up to sell tickets for a certain event, then they fold leaving a trail of destruction and plenty of disgruntled customers.
Premier Events have been established since 1979 and we also offer a guarantee that you will receive your tickets when stated, its as simple as that; these are the kind of things you need to be looking for when purchasing tickets from a secondary ticket seller. New laws are in force to stop this from happening, but it seems we are still a long way off from eradicating these scam websites from the secondary ticket market.
