Don't fall prey to online ticket scams...

by Lottie Noonan

Here at Premier Events we have had many calls from disgruntled customers who have purchased tickets from other websites only to be let down.  Please be careful when purchasing tickets on the secondary market from online vendors, there are so many 'scam' websites out there.  And it seems that it is all too often that we are hearing from customers that have been let down,  and nine times out of ten no refund is given.

Investigate the company before purchasing, if a company has only been established for a short period, this is usually bad sign.  Many companies are set up to sell tickets for a certain event, then they fold leaving a trail of destruction and plenty of disgruntled customers.

Premier Events have been established since 1979 and we also offer a guarantee that you will receive your tickets when stated, its as simple as that; these are the kind of things you need to be looking for when purchasing tickets from a secondary ticket seller.  New laws are in force to stop this from happening, but it seems we are still a long way off from eradicating these scam websites from the secondary ticket market.
